Bigscreen Beyond 2

Bigscreen Beyond 2 is a wired PC VR headset designed for the B2C consumer market and released in 2025. It features micro-OLED displays with a resolution of 2560 × 2560 pixels per eye, a diagonal field of view of approximately 116°, pancake lenses, and refresh rates up to 90 Hz, with optional upscaling depending on configuration. With an ultra-lightweight design of around 107 g, it delivers an immersive visual experience while prioritizing long-session comfort. Tracking is based on the SteamVR 6DoF system and requires external Lighthouse base stations, positioning the headset for PC VR gaming and immersive entertainment. The device requires a high-performance PC and does not include integrated battery or onboard storage. It operates within the SteamVR ecosystem with full SDK support. Its primary limitation is the need for a complete SteamVR infrastructure (Lighthouse base stations and PC) for optimal tracking performance.
