Rokid Max 2

Rokid Max 2 are AR smart glasses designed for the B2C consumer market and released in 2024. They feature Micro-OLED displays with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels per eye, a field of view of around 50°, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and high brightness optimized for multimedia use. Designed for entertainment and gaming, the glasses support screen mirroring via USB-C DisplayPort Alt Mode from compatible Android smartphones, PCs, Macs, Steam Deck, and portable gaming consoles. Rokid Max 2 integrate stereo speakers with sound-leak reduction and an ergonomic design optimized for extended viewing sessions. They can also be paired with the Rokid Station 2, an optional compute unit that allows Android applications to run without a smartphone. The glasses work with compatible Android devices and include SDK support for development. Their main limitation is the absence of native 6DoF tracking, focusing usage primarily on multimedia viewing and portable gaming.
