Meta Quest 3s (128 or 256 GB)

Meta Quest 3S (128GB or 256GB) is a standalone mixed reality (MR) headset designed for the B2C consumer market and commercially available since 2024. It features an LCD display with a resolution of 1832 × 1920 pixels per eye, an approximate 96° field of view, Fresnel lenses, and refresh rates up to 120 Hz, with a weight of around 515 g. The headset includes inside-out 6DoF tracking, color passthrough, and hand tracking support, enabling entertainment and gaming-focused use cases. Powered by the Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 processor with 8 GB of RAM and storage options of 128 GB or 256 GB, it offers an estimated battery life of 2 to 3 hours depending on usage. It runs on Meta Quest OS with full SDK support. Its primary limitation is a lower display resolution compared to Meta Quest 3 for advanced professional applications.
