DPVR E4 V2

DPVR E4 V2 is a wired PC VR headset designed for the B2C consumer market and released in 2024. It features an LCD display with a resolution of 1832 × 1920 pixels per eye, an approximate 116° field of view, Fresnel lenses, and refresh rates up to 120 Hz, with a weight of around 550 g. This V2 version improves stability and software optimization compared to the original E4 model, while maintaining inside-out 6DoF tracking that does not require external base stations. The headset depends on a host PC, includes no integrated battery or onboard storage, and connects via DisplayPort and USB. It operates within the SteamVR ecosystem with full SDK support. Its primary limitation is a lower resolution compared to more recent high-end PC VR headsets.
